    How does C5 ship my order?
  • C5 utilizes its relationships with the nation’s largest freight providers to offer “optimized shipping”. Unless specified otherwise, C5 will ship your order using the most cost effective method. We also take in to consideration ship time. We understand that getting your product quickly and accurately is very important!
    After I order, how long does it take for my package to ship?
  • We are proud to offer “Same Day” shipping in most instances. As long as your order is placed before 2:30PM CST it will generally ship same day. Otherwise it will ship on the next business day.
    What is your drop shipping policy?
  • As a service to our valued customers, C5 offers drop shipping at no additional cost. We realize that from time to time you may run out of an item at your store, or you may get a “special order” request. If such is the case don’t hesitate to ask C5 to do a Drop Ship and have the product delivered straight to the customer!
  • If you have multiple locations, save your time and money and have C5 deliver your product directly to your stores! This service is available at no cost!

    How do I find out about new product releases?

    How are your products labeled?
  • All of our products are tagged with a UPC code and a brief product description including compatibility of product. In addition to this “standard” option, custom bar-coding/descriptions are available at no cost.
