New Accounts:
To open an account with C5, please submit a completed Client Information
Form and a C5 Account Manager will contact you.

Payment Terms: C5 accepts the following forms of payment.
- Check: Net-30 payment terms.

Credit Card: All major cards accepted. Please fill out the Credit Card Form in order to use this method.

NOTE: A processing fee will be assessed on all
card transactions.

C.O.D.: Company Check, Certified Check, or MoneyOrder.

Additional Charges

1.5% accruing interest per month on past due accounts (no further shipments will be sent until payment is received in full)

$25.00 charge on checks returned for any reason

$25.00 restocking fee on all refused C.O.D. shipments

Texas customers must supply a Texas Resale Certificate
Ordering Policy

Credits: Credits and pre-payments are automatically applied to the old outstanding invoice. Unused credits must be used prior to year end.

Freight Terms: All shipping charges are prepaid by C5 and added to your
invoice. In-stock orders received by 3PM CST will generally ship the same day,
regardless of volume. If no other terms are specified, C5 will ship your
order using “Optimized Freight” (Most cost effective/shortest delivery time).
Receipt Confirmation and Quality Assurance
- If an order is received in error or contains incorrect product and/or pricing, C5 must be notified within 36 hours of receipt of shipment. After 36 hours of receipt, the order is assumed to be correct.
- Will-Call orders not collected within two (2) business days will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee.
Return Policy

General Returns: All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to
shipment. For the RMA form along with Return Terms and Conditions please see RETURNS
Warranty Specifications

C5 products carry a Limited One Year Warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship.
This Limited Warranty does not include improperly installed or repaired products or products subjected to misuse,
accidents, or physical damage. Warranty and other identification stickers, including product serial
numbers must be present, unaltered, and rendered legible.
- Faceplates (Shells, Skins, etc) carry a
six month warranty and are subject to the terms listed above.
- OEM and Branded products distributed by C5 carry
the package stated warranty.
